Our investment ideas are categorized into two distinct groups: Model-C and SST. The Model-C investment thesis is derived from our proprietary, time-tested model, which emphasizes a value-oriented approach grounded in contrarian principles. This category focuses on equity securities that are trading significantly below their intrinsic value, with anticipated turnarounds supported by our proprietary analysis of market sentiment and psychology. In contrast, the SST category seeks to identify probabilistic advantages in various corporate activities, ranging from mergers & acqusitions to various forms of capital offerings, and much more.
